Monkton student invited to attend Cambridge University Physics Challenge
Year 12 student, John, has been invited to attend the Senior Physics Challenge at Cambridge University in July.
John entered the Isaac Physics Senior Physics Challenge and earned himself a spot in the prestigious competition.
Winning students in the Senior Physics Challenge usually complete 300 questions, while John completed an incredible 501, over a period of four months.
In addition, he (and Julian) taught himself half of the single Pure Maths syllabus over the Christmas period and is currently studying Further Maths, whilst still in Year 12.
The last student who was accepted at this summer school was Hannan Saddiq, who went on to study engineering at Cambridge. Well done John, an incredible achievement.
