During the summer holidays Monkton has the pleasure of opening its doors to host your residential course or provide the accommodation to run a holiday group.

Monkton's rural Somerset location, just a couple of miles from the World Heritage City of Bath, yet nestling deep in the beautiful Midford Valley, offers an ideal break whilst enjoying the benefits of being close to a bustling city. We are a ten-minute walk from the beautiful Kennet and Avon Canal and towpath.

Our boarding houses are spread throughout the quiet village of Monkton Combe and we can cater for between 80 and 200 visitors at any one time in single or shared rooms.

Boading Accomodation

We have an excellent meal service and offer barbeque evenings, alfresco dining and summer balls as part of the package. We can also provide 'all-weather' and grass tennis courts, an indoor swimming pool, cricket pitches and a new well-equipped indoor sports hall.
