Prep Boarders' Blog - Feb 17

Thursday, 02 March 2017

Last weekend, the boarders enjoyed a trip to the National Trust property Barrington Court in Somerset.

First thing this morning, there was a chance to go running in Rainbow Woods before breakfast. For the slightly more sleepy, a walk around the school grounds with Spotto and Miss Hartley seemed a far better idea.

First stop on our expedition today was Sainsbury's, where everyone got given £1 to buy some fun food to add to their picnic lunch.

As part of the build up to World Book Day on Thursday, everyone took their reading book along to Barrington Court and spent a peaceful half hour enjoying the chance to read after lunch.
It's been a brilliant day, finished off with 'The Hub' from Mr Hutchinson where they thought about what it means to trust in God.
